In Primary, we are learning the hymn "He Sent His Son" in preparation for the Primary Sacrament Program in the fall. Sister Gabbott has used a "question and answer" format to remind us of the sacrifice our Heavenly Father made in sending His son to the earth to be our example.
Primary songs are the gospel in it's simplest form.

It's true. I had a couple of primary songs that I used to run through my head a lot of the time during basic training. it really helped.
i remember learning that one. i'm pretty sure it was just as i was getting ready to "graduate" from primary. thus why i only know half of the song. :)

I remember substituting in Primary in Scottsdale and Liz Morrill was teaching this song there. Amazingly, I remembered a lot of it just from that one Sunday.
